One of the hardest things for me as a leader is delegating work out. I strongly believe in developing the talents and gifts of my in-house people, but it can be tough to let go of responsibilities if you aren’t quite sure the person is skilled in that area.
Enter the fuzzy wuzzy list. Every women’s minister should have one of these. but more than just a list, put your impressions of people down along with their skills and interests. You might notice someone is really organized, always on time or directs others well. Making note of these traits along with the skills can help you make wise choices for new positions and jobs.
